摘要
载货车纵梁的变截面设计有利于轻量化,在中、轻型卡车中广泛应用。但纵梁变截面区域的变形不均匀,腹面翘曲和扭曲缺陷明显,严重影响车架装配的质量,给生产带来极大困难。本文对解放某型载货车纵梁回弹进行了数值模拟,根据分析结果在纵梁模具上对翘曲和扭曲回弹进行了补偿,将纵梁的翘曲误差由15mm降低到2.5mm,扭曲误差由5mm降低到0.5mm,实验结果表明,纵梁成形精度得到大幅度提升。
Variable cross-section design is generally used on medium-duty and light-duty truck longeron in order to reduce weight. But the stamping deformation of this longeron is uneven, which will lead to warpage and distortion springback defects. The defects will seriously affect assembly quality of truck frame and bring much trouble to daily production. Numerical simulation of truck longeron springback was studied. Springback compensation was designed on longeron mold according to simulation study. Warpage errors are reduced from 15 mm to 2.5 mm and distortion errors are reduced from 5mm to 0.5mm. Experimental results show that stamping accuracy of truck longeron is greatly improved.
