移植肾输尿管坏死1例

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,年龄52岁。因慢性肾小球肾炎及慢性肾功能不全（尿毒症期）于2012年10月16日在江西省人民医院行肾移植手术。术后4d肌酐141μmol·L-1,尿素氮8.6mmol·L-1,移植肾的功能基本恢复正常;术后7d尿量大于3 000mL;术后19d尿量减少,肌酐、尿素氮升高。彩超检查：移植肾大小110 mm×56 mm×49 mm,
