摘要 microRNAs(miRs)是重要的mRNA和蛋白表达的调节者。miRs在不同的癌症之间以及相同癌症但不同病理类型之间其表达情况是有区别的。因此,其已呈现出作为一个新颖的肿瘤生物标志物的潜在价值,有助于提高人类对癌症的诊断、预后的判断以及疗效的监测。综述总结了一些重要的迄今为止已被阐述的miRs在甲醛固定石蜡包埋(FFPE)样品中和循环血样品中作为人类上皮组织恶性肿瘤分子生物标记物的潜在价值。 micro-RNAs(miRs)are important regulators of mRNA and protein expression.The microRNA expression distinguishes among different cancers,as well as among different pathological types.Therefore,they have been presented as novel tumor biomarkers and contribute to cancer diagnosis,prognosis judgement and therapeutic monitoring.This review will summarize the potential values of miRs as molecular biomarkers for human epithelial malignancies in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues and blood samples.
