摘要
目的:探讨远近配穴治疗周围性面瘫的理论基础,为周围性面瘫的临床治疗提供依据。方法:从中医整体观、经络理论、经筋理论、标本根结理论及现代解剖等多个角度进行探讨,为远近配穴治疗周围性面瘫提供确切的理论依据。结果与结论:远近配穴治疗周围性面瘫理论依据比较充足,疗效确切,值得推广应用。
Objective： In order to provide the basis for clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, this paper mostly concerned the theoretical basis of distal proximal point combination for treating peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： The authors explore from the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, theory of channels and collaterals, muscle region theory, Biao Ben and Gen Jie theory, modem anatomy and so on, so as to provide the exact theoretical basis for this method. Results and Conclusion ： As the distal proximal point combination for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis had adequate theoretical basis and curative effect, it was worthy of popularization.
