摘要
目的通过在手术室-供应室共同管理模式架构下,对手术物品供应精细化流程的管理,提供感染监测合格的手术物品保障手术顺利实施。方法应用供应室清洗、灭菌机器实现资源共享,采用手-供一体供应管理对手术物品供应链制定标准化、精细化操作流程、手术使用物品进行检查质量控制管理。结果 2012年2-12月海南分院手术2710例的手术物品供应管理,高温、低温灭菌共计19 132包,回收清洗手术后器械11 019包;依据临床信息反馈,无一例因手术器械、物品问题影响手术;无交叉感染发生。结论采用手-供一体供应管理提供安全的临床手术物品,实施有效的精细化流程管理,进行环节控制保障灭菌手术物品供应质量。
OBJECTIVE To implement the refinement management under the integrated management mode of operating room-supply so as to offer qualified surgical supplies to ensure the smooth implementation of surgery. METHODS The resource sharing was achieved through the cleaning and sterilization of machines in supply room, the standardized and refined operation procedure was formulated for the chain of surgicai supplies under the joint management mode of operating room-supply, then the quality of the surgical supplies was examined. RESULTS Totally 19 132 packages of surgical supplies involving 2710 cases of surgeries in Hainan Branch Hospital during Feb-Dec,2012 were treated for high temperature and low temperature sterilization, and 11 019 packages have been recycled; according to the clinical feedbacks, no case of surgery was influenced by the supply of surgical instruments, and no case of cross infections occurred. CONCLUSION The integrated management mode of operating room-supply room can offer safe and qualified surgical supplies and ensure the quality of surgical supplies through implementation effective refinement management process and the link control.
