阿卡波糖胶囊治疗60例2型糖尿病的临床效果分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的考察阿卡波糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法采用阿卡波糖胶囊对60例2型糖尿病患者实施治疗。结果 60例2型糖尿病患者的FBG与2hBG均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),TG与TC均较治疗前显著降低,而HDL表现出明显上升(P<0.01),治疗前后患者体质量比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),且不良反应轻微耐受。结论阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,可作为治疗2型糖尿病的一线药物在临床进一步推广应用。
