摘要
目的探讨左卡尼丁对慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果,旨在提高慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法本研究病例资料为心内科住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者96例,随机分为左卡尼丁治疗组与对照组,每组48例。左卡尼丁治疗组在常规治疗基础上应用左卡尼丁,对照组采用常规治疗。结果左卡尼丁组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的Galectin-3较治疗前显著降低,6min步行距离和LVEF(%)显著提高,治疗前后的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,左卡尼丁组患者的Galectin-3显著低于对照组,而6min步行距离、LVEF显著高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上给予左卡尼丁治疗,能够显著提高治疗效果,改善患者的心脏功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of L-carnitine on the treatment of chronic heart failure, aimed at improving the clinical efficacy. Methods In this study, clinical data for the hospitalization of Cardiology, 96 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into left-carnitine treatment group and control group 48 cases. Left carnitine treatment group on the basis of applications in the conventional left-carnitine therapy, the control group with conventional therapy. Results The clinical effect of L-camitine group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （.,~〈0.05） . The Galectin-3 significantly reduced, 6rain walking distance and LVEF （%） increased significantly aRer treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . After treatment, Galectin-3 in left-carnitine group was significantly lower, while 6min walking distance, LVEF was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusions L-camitine used in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients based on conventional treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, improve the patient＇s cardiac function.
