摘要
目的探讨腹股沟斜疝无张力疝修补术术后护理方法和经验。方法回顾性分析本院行腹股沟斜疝无张力疝修补术的168例患者的术后护理方法。结果 168例患者手术均成功,手术时间40～75min,平均53min;术后切口部位血肿1例,经穿刺抽液,加压包扎后消失;阴囊肿胀26例,经抬高阴囊,局部理疗后好转;术后尿潴留14例,予膀胱区热敷及导尿处理,恢复正常排尿;切口感染1例,予换药、引流后治愈,异物炎性反应2例,经对症处理后症状消失;切口皮下脂肪液化1例,予换药处理后好转;通过合理的护理,患者均痊愈出院,随访一年无复发。结论良好的术后护理是腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术成功治愈的关键,可预防、降低术后并发症的发生。
Objective To approach the nursing care method and experience after indirect inguinal hernia tension-free hernioplasty. Methods A total of 168 patients with indirect inguinal hernia underwent tension-free hernioplasty. The nursing procedure were recorded and evaluated. Results All patients were operated successfully. The time of operations were ranged from 40min to 75min,average 53min. One patient emerged the hemorrhage at the incision site after eight hour when he returned the ward, the patient was treated by pressure dressing and puncturing. There were scrotal swelling in 26 cases who improved by scrotal elevation and local therapy. Retention of urine after operations were recorded in 14 cases, They all regained normal voiding with urethral catheterization or bladder region fomentation. One patient happened infection of incisional wound and was cured by draining and changing dressings. Foreign body inlfammatory reaction were observed in two cases and fat liquefaction under incision was observed in one cases. They was improved by symptomatic treatment and changing dressings. All cases were recovered fully by possible nursing care, and no serious outcomes. No recurrence were detected by being followed up for one year. Conclusion Our results indicate excellent postoperative care are important after indirect inguinal hernia tension-free hernioplasty, and it prophylaxis and lower complication.
