摘要
目的:通过对305例药品不良反应(ADR)进行系统分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:应用Excel电子表格和手工检索,按照患者的年龄、性别、给药途径、药品种类、临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果:305例报告中,发生ADR主要由抗病原微生物引起。ADR表现主要为皮疹、瘙痒、荨麻疹、过敏样反应等。结论:正确合理地使用药物是降低ADR和药源性疾病发生率的关键。
Objective：To analyse systematically the adverse drug reactions （ADR） as to improve thee rational drug use in the clinic. Methods：Use Excel and manual retrieval to statistcally analyse on the patients＇ age, gender, route of administration, type of drug, clinical experiences, etc. Results： Of the total 305 reports, anti-macrobacteria is the main cause of ADR. The reaction are mainly e^thra, pruritus,urticaria, anaphylactoid reaction, etc. Conclusion： Rational and proper use of drug is the key to reduct ADR and the occurrence of pathogenic diseas.
