政府信息作为一种重要的社会资源 ,蕴含着无法估量的价值。政府信息公开法是政府信息资源管理立法的重要组成部分。本文对制定政府信息公开法的必要性、主要内容及其他相关问题进行了详细论述。
The value of government information has been underestimated. The law on publicizing governmental information is an important part of the legislation on the governmental information management. The formulation of the law is helpful to realize the objective of sharing the information both among the government organs and between the government organs and the public, and meet the need of the society to the government information.
