摘要
根据罗茨泵转子结构特点,结合工厂设备实际,提出了一种用数控线切割设备加工转子型线的工艺方法,设计了一种简单、方便、快捷的双顶尖工装,该工艺方法可以应用于类似转子的加工。
According to the structure characteristics of the roots pump rotor and the plant actual situation, the NC wire cutting processing technology of the roots pump rotor is submitted, the simple and convenient process equipment is designed. The process method can be applied to the manufacturing of the similar parts.
