This article focus on the development of configuration software MCGS monitor interface, parameter setting and the cornmunieatlons between PLC, the control algorithm ,the configuration software and MATLAB database sharing. The control method accords with the practice of industrial field, reflect the advancement of modem industrial distributed control system.
