摘要
铝合金材料的理化性能主要受抗拉强度、延伸率及硬度等影响,其中,抗拉强度的高低直接决定了材料所能承受的力的大小。从材料化学成分及热处理数两个环节来研究提升ZL111合金抗拉强度的工艺方法,该方法的研究,对于提升ZL111合金的抗拉强度具有现实的指导意义。
The physicochemical properties of aluminum alloy is mainly affected by the tensile strength, elongation and hardness, the tensile strength, directly determines the level of the material can withstand the force from the material chemical composition and heat treatment of two link to the technological method to improve the tensile strength of ZL111 alloy, the research method, has practical guiding significance for the promotion ofZL111 alloy tensile strength.
