摘要
为提高发动机活塞表面的耐磨性能,分析了活塞的基体组织。试验表明:活塞的基体组织以细粒状珠光体或回火索氏体、石墨呈细小均匀分布为佳。
In order to enhance wear-resisting performance of the engine piston surface, this paper analyzed matrix mierostructure of piston. The experiment indicated the fine pellet pearlite or the tempering sorbet, the graphite assumes the tiny uniform distribution as matrix microstructure of the piston is good.
