摘要
为提高摆线马达性能,利用MATLAB软件的强大优化功能对摆线马达齿轮进行参数优化,使给定外形尺寸的摆线马达获得最大排量,并且给出了具体的计算实例。同时为了给设计人员提供方便,提出了一种简单、快捷的摆线齿轮建模方法。
In order to improve the performance of cycloidal motor, to optimize the parameters of cycloidal gear motor using powerful optimization function of MATLAB software, the cycloid motor given dimensions to obtain the maximum discharge capacity, and examples are given. At the same time, in order to facilitate the design personnel, and propose a simple, fast and cycloid gear modeling.
