摘要
文章以生态足迹(EF)作为自然资本的测度,采用中国平均单位产量法测算并分析了中国2000—2011年30个省(市、区)的EF值及其构成,并利用省际面板数据考察了经济增长与自然资本占用之间的关系。研究结果显示:在整个研究期内,中国各省份EF持续增长,自然资本占用总体表现为资源消耗型向环境污染型转变的特征,自然资本效益趋于恶化;中国及东部地区存在"倒U型"的自然资本库兹涅茨曲线(NKC),西部地区存在"正U型"的NKC,中部地区不存在NKC,东部地区将比中西部地区更早达到NKC拐点。
Based on the ecological footprint （EF） as a measure of natural capital, this paper estimates and analyzes the China＇s 30 provinces from 2000 to 2011 EF value and its components by the Chinese average unit production method, and use the panel data to investigate the relationship between the economic growth and natural capital consumption. The results show that in the examined period, EF continues to grow of china＇ s province. The overall characteristic of natural capital consumption shows the change from natural resource consumption model to environment pollution model . The natural capital benefits tend to worse; China and its eastern region exit the invert U - shape natural capital Kuznets curve （ NKC）, western region exits U - shape NKC and there is not NKC in central region. The eastern region will be earlier than the central and western regions to NKC inflection point.
