摘要本文依据建设青海省科技档案综合电子文档库的命题,重点研究了项目研发的必要性、有利条件、指导思想、基本思路、研发队伍等问题,并探讨了青海省科技档案电子文档库设置形式多样的检索工具问题. according to the spirit of the eighth meeting of the Communist Party of China to deepen reform of science and technology system and the status quo of Qinghai province science and technology archives management, Proposed to start a project of Developing and utilizing of the science and technology archives and Establish an integrated electronic document library. Focus on The necessity of the study, favorable conditions, the guiding ideology, basic ideas, research and development team, and the Search tools of the science and technology archives electronic document library of qinghai.
