摘要
出生缺陷是影响人口素质和群体健康水平的公共卫生问题。实施出生缺陷的一级预防的主要措施有宣传指导,健康促进,优生咨询,风险评估,孕前优生检查,营养素补充等措施。通过一级预防措施的实施,个别出生缺陷高发形势逐步得到控制,干预工作呈现良好态势。但形势依然严峻,应抓紧预防措施的巩固提高。加强政府及部门之间的工作协调力度和多部门参与,提高技术人员的干预技术水平,统一实施筛查方法和标准,提高准确性,加强经济滞后地区的发展,落实干预措施,不断降低出生缺陷的发生率。
Birth defect is a problem of public health which influences the quality and health of human beings. There are measures to prevent birth defect, such as propaganda and guidance, health promotion, preconception counseling, risk assessment, pre -pregnancy checks, early care of pregnant women etc. With these measures, some high incidence situation of birth deficiency is gradually under control, and there seems to be a bright future for this job. However, some obstacles are still in the way and it needs more efforts to make progress. Strength cooperation between and within government and other departments, and improve the level of professional skills. Besides, we should increase the screening accuracy by making an agreement on means and standards. It is also important to speed up the development in backward regions. Only with these steps can we decrease the incidence of birth defect.
