摘要
目的了解北京市所辖艾滋病筛查实验室室间比对HIV抗体检测能力差异。方法制备不同浓度梯度的HIV抗体随机盲样,发放给各筛查实验室按要求进行HIV抗体检测。用SPSS 18.0软件计算离散指数。结果 98.8%以上的筛查实验室检测结果正确,并提供较完备和准确的检测原始记录、实验结果和复检化验单等记录文件。部分实验室在临界值计算或设置、质控图制作和弱阳性样本检测等方面存在问题和不足之处。结论随机盲样HIV抗体检测室间比对表明北京市HIV抗体检测队伍过硬、检测结果准确可靠。考评中发现的问题和不规范操作有待于继续加强专业技术培训和实验室督导管理。
Objective To understand the difference of HIV antibody screening test capacity by inter - laboratory comparisons in Beijing. Methods Blind samples of HIV antibody with different concentration gradient were prepared and randomly dispensed to each laboratory for HIV antibody screening test. The feedback results were summarized and analyzed with SPSS software 18.0. Results The findings of inter - laboratory comparisons indicated that more than 98.8% of the laboratories gained accurate outcome in HIV antibody screening tests, with detailed and accurate records about experimental design, standard operation procedure and experimental results. Problems and shortcomings were also found in some laboratories, such as the weak positive sample, the calculation and setting of cutoff value, the preparation of quality control chart, etc. Conclusion In Beijing, the working teams for HIV antibody screening tests were reliable with accurate testing outcome. The problems and wrong operation exposed by the interlaboratory comparisons need further special training and laboratory supervision.
