氢化物原子荧光法测定饮用水中的锌

Determination of zinc in drinking water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 目的建立简便、灵敏、准确的饮用水中锌的测定方法。方法采用氢化物原子荧光法测定饮用水中的锌。结果方法的线性范围为0.0μg/L^800.0μg/L,相关系数为0.9994,检出限为0.58μg/L,相对标准偏差均小于2.0%,回收率在88.9%~110.1%之间。结论采用氢化物原子荧光法测定饮用水中的锌是可行的。 Objective To establish a simple, sensitive and accurate method for determination of zinc in drinking water. Meth- ods Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was applied to determine zinc in drinking water. Results The linear range of this method was 0.0 μg/L -800.0 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9994, the detection limit was 0.58μg/L, the relative standard deviations(RSDs) was less than 2.0%, and the recoveries were 88.9% -110. 1%. Conclusion The method for determination of zinc in drinking water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry is practicable.
