摘要 光纤表面等离子体波传感器具有结构简单、灵敏度高等特点 ,它不仅具有理论上的研究价值 ,而且在工程中的应用前景也十分广阔。运用光纤表面等离子体波来测量折射率是一种简便、灵敏的方法 ,可以利用这一特性制作出通过检测折射率对复合材料进行固化检测的光纤表面等离子体波传感器。本文研究了利用光纤表面等离子体波传感器对不同折射率的溶液进行测试的方法。设计了一种用于折射率测试的光纤传感探头 ,它性能可靠 ,使用方便。研制了溶液折射率的测试系统 ,用该系统对已知的不同折射率的溶液进行了折射率测量实验。测试结果表明 ,该系统工作稳定、可靠 。 The surface plasma resonance fiber optic sensor has its research values in theory and will be widely applied in engineering because of its simple structure and high sensitivity. It's a simple and sensitive method to measure refractive index with optical fiber surface plasma wave. We make use of this characteristic to manufacture the surface plasma resonance fiber optic sensor which can monitor the cure of composite material by detecting the refractive index. One fiber optic sensing probe which has reliable performance and is convenient to operate for detecting the refractive index has been designed. A system for detecting the solution refractive index has been developed and several solutions whose refractive indices are known and different are tested with this system. The result shows that this system is credible and stable and the parameters tested are accordant with the practical situation.
