摘要
过去的几十年中,化疗药物所引起的副反应对肿瘤患者产生的影响一直以疼痛最为明显,近年来随着吗啡、芬太尼制剂等止痛药物的广泛应用,这一主诉对患者的影响逐渐下降,而疲劳感对肿瘤患者的影响逐渐凸显出来。本文旨在对癌性疲劳(cancer-related fatigue,CRF)的相关研究进展作一综述。
In the past few decades,the most obvious influence to patients with cancer,which caused by the side effects of chemotherapy drugs is pain.However,in recent years,with the wide use of morphine,fentanyl and other pain medicine,the patients,complaint of pain has declined gradually,while the influence of fatigue has come out.In this article,we review the related research progress of cancer-related fatigue.
