摘要
目的:探讨三维适形放疗联合射频热疗治疗局部中晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法:84例局部中晚期食管癌患者,随机分为射频热疗联合三维适形放疗组(R+H组)和单纯适形放疗组(R组),观察两组患者的近期、远期疗效和不良反应。结果:综合治疗组近期总有效率(RR)90.5%;单纯适形放疗组RR 73.8%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合治疗组1、2、3、4年生存率分别为81.0%、47.6%、33.3%、23.8%,单纯适形放疗组1、2、3、4年生存率分别为66.7%、38.1%、28.5%、19.0%;两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热疗联合放疗有较好的近期疗效,一定程度上延长了生存期,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To discuss the effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and radio frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of partly advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods：A total of eighty-four patients with local advanced esophageal cancer either inoperable or who refused operation were divided into two groups randomly,one group （R ＋ H group） was treated by concurrent conformal radiotherapy and radio frequency hyperthermia,and the other group （R group） was treated only by radiotherapy.The near and long-term therapeautic effects,as well as side effects of patients were observed.Results：The near total effective rate of R ＋ H group was 90.5％ which was much higher than that of 73.8％ of R group （P ＜0.05）.The 1-,2-,3-,4-year survival rates of R ＋ H group were 81.0％,47.6％,33.3％,23.8％ ;whereas in R group,the 1-,2-,3-,4-year survival rates were 66.7％,38.1％,28.5％,19.0％ respectively.The difference of survival rates was no statistical significance （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion：Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with radio frequency hyperthermia can be used for local advanced esophageal carcinoma as it has better efficiency and longer survival time without servere side effects.
