黄芪对糖尿病大鼠记忆功能的改善作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨黄芪对糖尿病(DM)大鼠学习记忆功能的改善作用。方法 Wistar大鼠分为6组,除正常对照组外,其余各组腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导制备DM大鼠模型。分别给予脑复康和不同剂量的黄芪灌胃,用药12 w后,检测大鼠的血糖变化、Morris水迷宫实验测试大鼠的学习记忆能力,同时测量海马组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、8羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)含量。结果与DM组相比各黄芪治疗组血糖均有不同程度降低,学习记忆能力得到改善,海马组织SOD活性明显升高,MDA、8-OHdG含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论黄芪对DM学习记忆功能有改善作用,其机制可能是通过黄芪改善氧化应激实现的。 Objective To study the cognitive function effect of Astragalus on diabetic rats.Methods Wistar rats were divided into:normal control,diabetes and Astragalus treated groups.Except for rats in normal control group,rats in the other five groups were injected streptozotocin (STZ) intraperitoneally to establish the diabetic model.After that,the rats were divided administered naofukang and Astragalus of various doses for 12 weeks.The level of blood glucose and the learning and memory ability were tested by Morris water maze.Results Compared with the diabetic group,the level of blood glucose was decreased and the learning and memory ability was improved in the As tragalus treated group.Conclusions Astragalus might develop the cognitive function.
