膀胱肿瘤端粒酶活性及其对预后的影响 被引量:4

Telomerase activity and its influence on the prognosis of bladder cancer

摘要 目的 探讨端粒酶活性与膀胱癌临床生物学行为及预后的关系。 方法 采用TRAP法对 46例膀胱癌组织端粒酶提取液以及 10倍、10 0倍稀释液分别进行端粒酶活性检测并结合临床资料进行分析。 结果  46例膀胱癌组织有 38例 (82 6 % )端粒酶活性表达阳性。端粒酶活性强度与病人年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、数目无关 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ;而G3 肿瘤端粒酶活性强度较G2 和G1肿瘤明显增高 ,P <0 .0 1;浸润性肿瘤 (T2~ 4 )较浅表肿瘤 (Ta和T1)高 (P <0 .0 1) ;易复发肿瘤端粒酶活性明显高于不复发肿瘤 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 膀胱癌端粒酶活性与肿瘤分级、分期及预后有关 ,端粒酶活性增高提示肿瘤分化差、易浸润 ,预后较差。 Objective To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and clinicobiolo- gical behavior of bladder cancer. Methods The intensity of telomerase activity of 46 cases of bladder cancers was detected by telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP) assay in different dilutions. Results The positive rate of telomerase activity of bladder cancer is 82.6% for 46 cases and the intensity of telomerase activity of bladder cancer is not related to patient's age、sex、size or number of tumor ( P > 0.05 ). The intensity of telomerase activity of bladder cancer in G 3 is higher than that in G 2 and G 1( P < 0.01 ),and intensity of telomerase activity of T 2~4 is higher than that of Ta and T 1( P < 0.01 ),and the intensity of telomerase activity in recurrent tumors are higher than that in primary tumors ( P <0.05). Conclusions The intensity of telomerase activity of bladder cancer is related with grade, stage and prognosis of the patient.High intensity of telomerase activity of bladder cancer indicates a worse differentiated or advanced tumor and the detection of it is helpful for evaluating the prognosis.
