摘要
以Y型分子筛为核,采用溶胶-凝胶化学合成法制备了具有核壳结构的复合材料,考察了异丙醇、模板剂和硅源等原料因素对复合材料制备的影响。采用XRD、SEM、TEM以及N2物理吸附-脱附等表征手段对复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,异丙醇、模板剂和硅源是影响复合材料制备的重要因素。其中,异丙醇的加入可调节正硅酸乙酯的分解,影响壳层结构的厚度和壳层介孔结构特点;模板剂种类影响了壳层结构的厚度和决定了壳层介孔结构的产生;硅源类型是形成壳层结构的决定性因素,而其用量影响壳层结构的厚度。
A composite materials with core-shell structure are synthesized by the sol-gel chemical synthesis method using Y molecular sieve as core.The products are characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques.The result indicates that isopropyl alcohol,template and silica resource are the important influencing factors for the formation of core-shell structure.The addition of isopropyl alcohol can adjust the hydrolysis of ethyl orthosilicate,and then affect the thickness and the mesoporous structure of shell.The formation of the mesoporous structure and its shell thickness are determined by the template types.The types of silica resource are also the determining factor for the formation of core-shell structure and its amount influences the thickness of SiO2 shell.
