摘要 超短半径侧钻水平井挖潜剩余油技术特别适用于厚油层顶部剩余油藏、过渡带稠油油层、局部圈闭的剩余油和外围薄差油层的开采。结合相关技术,自主研发了超短半径径向侧钻水平井技术,曲率半径仅有3.2m,水平段可以达到20m以上,井眼直径达到118mm。由于曲率半径特别小,因此需要特殊的工艺技术进行钻进施工。对施工工艺技术和施工参数进行研究,其中施工工艺技术研究主要包括开窗、造斜及水平钻进工艺;施工参数研究主要是泵压和钻压。通过理论研究,得出一套合理的施工工艺方法及其施工参数,并在理论研究的基础上进行了现场试验施工,整个施工过程采用反循环钻进方式,造斜及水平钻进采用特制工具施工。通过现场试验,证实施工参数理论研究结果是合理的,能够满足超短半径水平井现场施工的要求。 The technique of tapping the potential of the remaining oil by ultra-short radius sidetrack hori- zontal well is especially suitable to exploit the top remaining oil pool of thick oil layers,the heavy crude oil layer of the transition zones,the remaining oil of local trap and peripheral thin oil layers.Combined with the related techniques,we independent research the technique of the ultra-short radius sidetrack horizontal well, and the curvature radius is only 3.2 meters,the lateral segment can reach more than 20 meters,and the borehole diameter is up to 118 millimeters.Drilling needs special technology because the curvature radius is very small.Operating technologies and parameters are researched.The operating technologies mainly include the window cutting,whipstocking and horizontal drilling technology;the operating parameters mainly include pump pressure and weight on bit.Through theoretical study,a set of reasonable operating method and operating pa- rameters is given,and field test was made on the basis of the theoretical research.The whole operating pro- cess is: drilling by reverse circulation,the whipstocking and the horizontal drilling by special tools.The field test confirms that the theoretical research results of the operating parameters are reasonable,and they can meet the operating demands of the ultra-short radius horizontal wells.
