冠状动脉严重钙化病变行冠状动脉腔内旋磨术的护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨冠状动脉严重钙化病变介入治疗术中行冠状动脉旋磨术的护理策略及注意事项.方法 以42例介入治疗术中行冠状动脉旋磨术的患者为护理对象,分析在术前访视及患者教育、术中监测及术后康复中的护理策略及注意事项.结果 42例患者均成功实施冠状动脉旋磨术,11例患者出现慢血流,1例出现室性心动过速,2例出现冠脉痉挛,均给予药物治疗后缓解.1例患者出现心包填塞,立即抽取心包积液,小球囊低压力扩张后症状缓解.结论 对于冠心病介入治疗术中,球囊不能通过或不能充分扩张的纤维化及严重钙化病变,冠状动脉旋磨治疗安全有效,护理人员应及时发现病情变化,做好术前访视、术中监测及术后康复工作.
