摘要
加强少数民族地区新农村社区法制建设不仅有利于党的农村基本政策的贯彻落实,也是促进渝东南民族地区社会主义新农村建设的重要保证。经过多年的发展,渝东南少数民族地区新农村社区法制保障有了独特而丰富的内涵和意义,但是与少数民族地区新农村社区建设的要求相比较,该民族地区新农村社区建设的法制保障尚存在诸多的问题。针对这些问题,结合该民族地区新农村社区法制建设的实际情况,宜从加强新农村社区建设立法、守法、执法等方面有重点、分阶段地推进该民族地区新农村社区建设的法制保障工作,确保民族地区新农村社区建设的和谐、稳定和可持续发展。
To strengthening the law construction in the community building of new rural in the ethnic minority areas is beneficial not only to implement the basic policy of rural areas of the Communist Party, but also the important security to promote the con- struction of the new communist rural in the area. With the years＇ development, the legal security of community building of new rural in the ethnic minority areas of south eastern Chongqing has its own special and abundant annotation and meaning, but there are many problems compared with requirements. In terms of the problems, combined with the reality of law construction in the area, the construction of legislation, law-abiding, law-enforcement and etc. should be strengthened, and the security work should be implemented stages by stages, in order to ensure the harmonious, stable and continuous development of the community build- ing of new rural in the ethnic minority areas.
