胺碘酮联合倍他乐克急诊治疗室性心律失常的疗效评价 被引量：20

摘要 目的评价胺碘酮联合倍他乐克急诊治疗室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取2010年4月—2013年4月在我院心血管内科门诊和住院的室性心律失常患者70例,采用随机对照方法将其分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组给予胺碘酮联合倍他乐克治疗,对照组单独给予倍他乐克治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组24h室性期前收缩总次数及短阵室性心动过速发作次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合倍他乐克急诊治疗室性心律失常效果显著,能迅速改善患者临床症状,且安全可靠,值得在临床上应用和推广。
