摘要
目的研究依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片对糖尿病合并高血压患者的降压效果,旨在探讨糖尿病合并高血压最适宜的降压方案。方法选取2010年11月—2013年3月我院诊治的糖尿病合并高血压患者240例,根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组122例(采用依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片治疗)和对照组118例(采用硝苯地平控释片治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗2个月后血糖和肾功能,观察两组患者降压效果。结果治疗后观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、尿微量清蛋白(Alb)、血肌酐(Scr)及血尿素氮(BUN)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的66.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片对糖尿病合并高血压患者的降压效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To research the antihypertensive efficacy of enalapril combined with nifedipine controlled -re- lease tablets in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension, to find the best treatment method for diabetes mellitus and hyper- tension. Methods 240 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension were selected from November 2010 to March 2013, they were divided into observation group of 122 cases （treated with enalapril combined with nifedipine controlled -release tablets） and control group of 118 cases （treated with nifedipine controlled -release tablets） according to the different treat- ments. The blood glucose and renal function of two groups were compared before and after 2 months treatment, antihypertensive effect of two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, fasting blood glucose （FBG） , 2 h postprandial blood glucose （2 hPBG） , urine trace albumin （propagated）, serum ereatinine （Scr） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN） level of observation group were lower than those of control group. The total effective rate of observation group was 96. 7%, was higher than that of control group of 66. 9%. Conclusion The antihypertensive efficacy is obvious for enalapril combined with nifedipine controlled - release tablets in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, it can be promoted for clinical application.
