摘要
为解决基于二级维修体制的装备固有可用度试验方案设计问题,在建立该体制下装备固有可用度模型的基础上,以满足承制方和使用方风险为要求,以各维修级要求的最小的试验样本量和可用度判定临界值确定方法为研究重点,设计了固有可用度定数截尾试验方案。通过应用实例分析,演示了具体试验方案的制订和可用度判定过程。
In order to solve the problems about how to test inherent availability under two grade maintenance policy ,after establishing inherent availability model based on two-levels maintenance system ,an inherent availability test procedure with fixed sample size is presented .The test procedure should meet stated levels of producer's and consumer's risk .And ,minimal sample size of each main-tenance level and critical value calculation method research is regarded as key point .Process of materi-al test procedure designing and availability testing is described by applied example analysis .
