摘要
本文以提花轮控制织针的运动状态为研究对象,从理论上建立了提花轮和针筒之间间距与织针运动动程,提花轮控针数等的关系式。并以两种典型的花轮式单面提花圆机为例,通过详细计算,对退圈、集圈高度织针的运动状态进行了分析和比较。
This paper established theoretically several equations of the relationship between theneedle throw,the needle numbres covered by a patternwheel and the wheel's installed clea-fence to the cylinder,based upon an investigation of the necdle's moving condition controlledby the wheel.Through detail calculation,the author analysed and discussed the needle's movingconditions in clear height and tuck height on two single-jersey machines with patternwheels.
