摘要
本文对分离捻合丝法的关键部件分丝装置的作用原理进行了研讨,导出丝速、罗拉速、张力等的相互关系;并分析了该方法的加捻、热定形、退捻变形过程;而且,从机械及产品的卷曲形态等方面,与目前通用的转子式、摩擦盘式等假捻变形法作了比较。
The duo-twist texturing is a new method of false-twist texturing.The principle wasstudied of automatic regulation between winding tension and take-up speed during duo-twis-ting.The process of twisting,heat-setting and untwisting was analysed.And the mechanismand texture of the duo-twist texturing was compared with those of both spindle and frictionfalse twist.
