摘要
随着人们对企业伦理责任的普遍关注,道德领导这一概念在中西方心理学文献中频繁出现,并受到越来越多的关注与重视。文章系统梳理了有关道德领导的理论与实证研究文献,认为道德领导是指领导者以顾全大局为出发点,通过价值倡导、榜样示范、行为激励、创建组织文化等方式,提升自身和组织成员的品德与操守,践行其道德使命,为组织和社会服务的过程。文章还介绍了道德领导的维度及相关测量,并从概念、相关理论、产生与作用机制以及研究角度与方法等方面对道德领导研究进行了思考和展望。
In recent years, with the general concern of corporate ethical responsibility, moral leadership was more and more concerned which began to appear frequently in Chinese and Western psychological literature. Based on systematically combing the theoretical and empirical research literature of moral leadership, the article has reviewed the development of connotation of moral leadership; introduced the dimensions of moral leadership and related measurements; analyzed and summarized the development of theory and related research. At last, it proposed some reflections and prospects in the perspective of concept, theory, the generating mechanism and function, and research angle and method respectively.
