家蚕幼虫体中1-脱氧野尻霉素含量的变化 被引量:1

Changes of 1-deoxynojimycin Content in the Larvae of the Silkworm, Bombyx mori

摘要 采用9-芴基氯甲酸甲酯标记、配有荧光检测器的反相高效液相色谱法,检测家蚕幼虫体中1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojimycin,DNJ)含量在蚕品种、性别和饲养季节间的变化规律。家蚕幼虫体富含DNJ,其含量在供试的25个品种间高低相差2.04倍;雄蚕体中DNJ含量高于雌蚕体中DNJ含量;春季饲养蚕体中DNJ含量>秋季饲养蚕体中DNJ含量>夏季饲养蚕体中DNJ含量。结果为家蚕幼虫药用开发提供了科学依据。 Using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) equipped with fluorescence detector after derivatization with 9-Fluorenylmethyl chloroformate (FMOC-C1), the changes of DNJ (1-deoxynojimycin) con- tents in the larvae of the silkworm, Bombyx mori were determained with different races and sex. There was rich DNJ in silkworm larvae, and DNJ content varied significantly with different races, highly up to 2.04 times among the 25 tested races. Male silkworm larvae had higher DNJ content than female ones. The spring rearing silkworm larvae had higher DNJ content than autumn rearing silkworm larvae and summer rearing silkworm larvae. These results may provide scientific basis for medicinal exploitation of silkworm larvae.
