摘要
家蚕生物反应器在生产活性成分、表达外源基因、改善蚕丝性能等方面,具有很高的开发利用价值。本文概述了家蚕幼虫反应器、家蚕NPV表达系统反应器、转基因家蚕反应器、家蚕丝腺反应器的研究状况。
The bioreactor of the silkworm, Bombyx mori showed high development and utilization value in producing active ingredients, expressing foreign genes, and improving properties of silkworm silk etc. The research advancement of silkworm larvae bioreactor, Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus （BmNPV） expression system bioreactor, transgenic Bombyx mori bioreactor, silk glands bioreactor is mainly expounded in this paper.
