摘要
目的 探讨荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值.方法 采用FQ-PCR法对妇科门诊1 590例患者进行8种高危型HPV检测,同时取病变宫颈组织进行病理组织活检,分析两者的关系.结果 1 590例患者中HPV-DNA阳性438例,阳性率27.5%,各种病理类型的宫颈病变中HPV感染率分别为:慢性炎症75.1%(329/438),癌前病变22.4%(98/438),宫颈癌2.5%(11/438);523例疑似病例中HPV-DNA阳性331例,各种病理类型的宫颈病变中HPV感染率分别为:慢性炎症50.1%(194/387),癌前病变90.6%(106/117),宫颈癌100%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测高危型HPV在宫颈癌筛查中具有重要作用.
Objective To evaluate the value of fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) detecting HPV (Human papillomavirus) in screening of cervical cancer. Methods The investigation was carried out in 1 590 female outpa-tients in hospitals. The cervical secretion were detected for eight kinds of high-risk HPV by FQ-PCR. Meanwhile analyzed the relationship between HPV-positive rate and the pathological type. Results In the 1 590 patients,there 438 patients posi-tive for HPV-DNA were detected with an incidence of 27. 50%. The infection rates of HPV in chronic cervicitis, precancerous change and cervical cancer were 75.1%, 22.4% and 2.5%. In the 523 suspicious patients, there 331 patients positive for HPV-DNA were detected. The infection rates of HPV in chronic cervicitis, precancerous change and cervical cancer were 50. 1%, 90. 6% and 100%. There was a significant difference between the rate of HPV infection and dfferent severity cervi-cal diseases (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) detecting high-risk HPV has an important role for screening of cervical cancer.
