摘要
摘要：随着高校扩招，毕业生连年增加，就业难成为高校就业工作中的热点话题。高校职业指导作为连接大学生与职场的桥梁，作用日益显现出来。分析研究职业指导对大学生就业的影响具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文梳理了目前高校职业指导的概念及主要开展内容并对职业指导的作用进行了研究，最后提出了改善建议。
With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the number of graduates increases year after year and employment difficulty has become a hot issue of the employment education in colleges and universities. As a bridge between college students and the job market, career guidance in colleges and universities is playing an increasingly eyecatching role. Analyzing the effect of career guidance on college students＇ employment is of great theoretical and realistic significance. This paper sorts out the concepts of career guidance and the primary contents that have been carried out in colleges and universities at the present stage, and studies the role of career guidance. Finally it puts forward some improvement suggestions.
