摘要
为了对土地资源进行有效的管理,本文以ArcEngine的二次开发为工具,进行土地利用管理信息系统的设计研究,通过对该系统的开发设计模式、数据库的建设、系统的架构与功能进行研究,实现GIS在土地利用中的应用,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
In order to manage land resources effectively, this passage makes a design about a land -use management information sys- tem, based on ArcEngine secondary development tools. Through the system mode design, database construction, system structure and function study, we can realize the application of GIS in land - use, it has theoretical significance and practical value.
