摘要
针对由法兰、垫片和螺栓组成的密封联接系统,应用有限元ANSYS软件,分别建立预紧、操作工况下DN200及DN450两组管道法兰数值计算模型,并得到了其模拟的应力分布。依据ANSYS计算结果,按照JB4732分析设计标准对法兰及螺栓应力进行分类、强度评定;以垫片应力和法兰转角两个方面进行密封性能评定。最后通过对比分析得出影响法兰密封性能的重要因素。
Focusing on sealing system assembled by flanges, gaskets and bolts, numerical calculation models of DN200 mm and DN450 mm pipe flanges under pretension or operating conditions were established by FEM ANSYS software, and the simulative distribution of the stress was obtained. According to the analysis of ANSYS, the stress intensity of flanges and bolts were classified and evaluated by design standard JB4732. Its sealing performance was evaluated from two aspects of gasket stress and flange deflection. Finally, through comparing the results, the critical factors affecting the sealing performance of flanges were determined.
