摘要
通过热处理工艺与硬度的关系以及组织观察 ,探讨适合高速精锻机工况条件下使用的新型热作模具钢CH95热处理工艺。研究结果表明 ,CH95钢的最佳热处理工艺为 :110 0℃油淬 ,5 80℃一次回火 ,6 2 0℃二次回火。
The relationship between heat treatment process and hardness as well as the microstructures of a new type hot work die steel CH95 have been investigated in order to explore and establish a best heat treatment process for CH95 steel,which is applicable for high speed precision forging machine.The results indicate that the best heat treatment process for CH95 steel is as follows:1100℃ oil quenching,580℃ first tempering,620℃ second tempering.
