摘要
介绍了LLC谐振变换器技术的基本原理,结合TEA1713和LM3464,设计了一款多路输出谐振式路灯照明LED恒流驱动电源。该电路采用两个高集成度的控制器,提高了系统集成度,简化了外围电路;采用LLC谐振网络和动态电压调节,有效提高了系统整机效率;采用恒流网络的高精度线性恒流技术,有效提高了LED恒流特性。测试结果表明,输入电压为175~250V、输出功率为125W时,驱动电路的线性调整率小于0.01%,整机效率达到90%。
Basic principle of LLC resonant converter was described. Based on TEA1713 and LM3464, a resonant constant current driver with multiple outputs was designed for LED street lighting. In this circuit, two highly integrated controllers were used to improve integration level of the system and simplify peripheral circuits. Moreover, LLC resonant topology and dynamic headroom control were adopted to enhance efficiency of the LED driver circuit. And constant current characteristics were effectively enhanced by using high precision linear current regulation. Test results showed that, in the input range from 175 V to 250 V, the proposed LED driver achieved a line regulation below O. 01% and efficiency up to 90% for an output power of 125 W.
