摘要
起毛是毛毯后整理过程中一个重要工序,直接影响毛毯的外观和强力等实物质量。而起毛针布的选用又是起毛过程中一个重要因素。文章介绍了起毛的原理,针布的结构及选用,新针布使用前的处理和使用中的磨砺,并根据多年的生产实践评速了国产起毛针布的优缺点。
Raising process is an important step in the after finish of blankets which has a direct influence upon the final qualities of products such as the appear- ance,strength and so on,while the correct selection of raising fillet,in turn,is one of the important factors in the raising process.In this article,the raising princ- iple,the fillets structure and their selection,the treatments of new fillets befor use and the grinding during operation are introduced.The article also surveys the advantages and disadvantages of the homemade raising fillets on the basis of years practical production.
