滋阴通下药对硫代乙酰胺致肝损伤模型大鼠炎性细胞因子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察滋阴通下药及通下药对硫代乙酰胺(TAA)所致内毒素血症模型大鼠炎性细胞因子水平的影响。方法建立TAA所致大鼠肝损伤内毒素血症模型,以滋阴通下药加味小承气汤、通下药大承气汤、阳性对照药乳果糖进行干预,采用血液生化及ELISA法检测,观察其对模型大鼠内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平的影响。结果滋阴通下药组、通下药组、乳果糖组肝损伤大鼠血清中内毒素、TNF-α、ALT、AST水平明显低于模型组(P<0.01);滋阴通下药组与通下药组比较内毒素、TNF-α、ALT、AST水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴通下药及通下药均为治疗肝病内毒素血症的有效方药,滋阴通下药疗效优于单纯通下药。 Objective To observe the effect of yin-nourshing purgative medicine and purgative medicine on inflammatory cytokines level in thioacetamide (TAA)-induced endotoxemia rats. Methods The TAA-induced endotoxemia model was established and intervened by yin-nourshing purgative medicine (Jiawei Xiaochengqi Decoction), purgative medicine (Dachengqi Decoction) and positive control drug (lactulose). With blood biochemistry and ELISA method, the level of endotoxin, tumor necrosis factor (TNF- -α ), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) was detected. Results The level of endotoxin, TNF- -α, ALT and AST in the blood of the liver injury rats in the yin-nourshing purgative medicine, purgative medicine and lactulose groups was significantly lower than that in the model group (P 〈0.01); When comparing the yin-nourshing purgative medicine group with the purgative medicine group, the level showed significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The yin-nourshing purgative medicine and purgative medicine are effective in treating endotoxemia of liver disease and the efficacy of the yin-nourshing purgative medicine is superior to that of the purgative medicine.
