摘要
用扫描电镜观察不同工作时间的钢丝圈工作表面形貌,同时用能谱分析仪对钢丝圈工作表面进行成分分析。结果表明:钢丝圈主要失效方式是镀镍层早期剥落、磨损、接触疲劳、热疲劳,并研究了钢丝圈失效特征及机理。
The author observes the appearance and situation of the working surface of many travellers at different working hours by means of electrical scanning scope and analyses the surface composition by spectrometer. The results show that the main failure signs are necklecoating's early peeling off, wear and tear, contact and heat fatigues. He also studies the failure characteristics of travellers and the mechanism.
