摘要
1997年《刑法》颁布之后,我国刑事立法和司法活动发生了许多新的变化。在这种新的形势下,传统的刑法学教学在内容和方法上都存在着一些突出问题亟待解决。本文拟从刑法学教学理念、教学内容、教学方法与司法考试对刑法学的影响等几个方面作出详细介绍,并较为透彻地分析其产生的原因,以期对刑法学教学改革有所裨益。
Many new changes have taken place in China＇s criminal legislation and judicial activity after 1997 criminal law. The traditional teaching of criminal law has some striking problems concerning the content and methods which should be solved as soon as possible in the new situation. This article makes the detailed introduction from the criminal law teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching method and the effect of judicial examination to the aspects of criminal law. At the same time, it analyzes the reasons thoroughly, which benefits the reform of the teaching of criminal law.
