摘要
以某型机翼数字化对接系统的数控定位器为分析对象,在CATIA软件中建立有限元模型。在确定材料属性、极限载荷工况的基础上,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行结构静强度和模态分析,得到数控定位器的应力、位移和固有频率,以此分析结果校核数控定位器的设计合理性,并指导数控定位器的结构优化设计。
The FEA (finite element analysis) of NC positioner for the certain wing of aircraft assembly is studied, and CATIA is used to build the finite element model. ANSYS, a finite element analysis software, can analysze configuration static intensity and normal mode of the model on the condition of material attribute and limit load, which gains NC positioner's stress, displacement and natural frequency. Then it can analysze the rational of NC position's design through analysis results and instruct the structural optimal design of NC position'er.
