摘要
目的:了解北京市丰台区学龄儿童血铅水平及其影响因素。方法:2012年4~5月采用分层整群随机方法抽取丰台区3所小学三一五年级儿童进行问卷调查并采集血样,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行血铅测定。结果:265名9~12岁儿童血铅水平为(50.7±24.1)μg/L,铅中毒(血铅含量≥100μg/L)的检出率为45.3%,血铅含量≥100μg/L的检出率为3.4%。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,铅中毒的影响因素可能为居室燃煤取暖、住房附近有铅作业相关工厂。结论:北京市丰台区学龄儿童铅暴露不容忽视,需要政府和社会采取相应措施,为儿童创造一个安全的成长环境。
Objective: To understand the blood lead level and influencing factors among school - age children in Fengtai district of Beijing city. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select the children at Grade 3 - 5 from three primary. schools of Fengtai district of Beijing city from April to May in 2012, then a questionnaire survey was conducted, the blood samples were ob- tained, inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer was used to detect blood lead level. Results : The blood lead level of 265 chil- dren aged 9 -12 years old was (50.7 ±24.1)μg/L, the detection rate of lead poisoning (blood lead content ≥100μg/L) was 45.3% , the detection rate of children with blood lead content ≥100μg/L was 3.4%. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of lead poisoning might include coal - fired heating, living near a lead operation factory. Conclusion: The lead expo- sure of school - age children in Fengtai district of Beijing city can not be ignored, government and the whole society should take correspond- ing measures to create a safe growth environment for children.
