摘要
简要叙述了主要营养素的功能、来源与供给量 ,各营养素之间的平衡关系 ,影响营养素消化吸收的因素以及营养与健康、营养与疾病等问题 ,以便合理营养。
The functions of main nutrients, the sources and daily intake of nutrients were recommended.The equilibrium relationship between varied nutrients,the factors which affect digestion and absorption, the nutrition and health,the nutrition and diseases were summarized in this paper.
